Doctor Copy provides professional printer repair and maintenance services for Black & White laser, color laser, and inkjet printers.

Our goal is to diagnose printer problems accurately, explain the recommended repair, and restore your equipment to reliable working condition.

Our Service Area

Our normal service area is within an approximate 20-mile radius of Hanson, Massachusetts.

Service outside our normal service area may be available for an additional travel charge. Travel charges are determined by your location and will be agreed upon before service is scheduled.

Important: Doctor Copy does not provide service in Boston proper.

On-Site Printer Service

Rate: $135.00 per hour

Our on-site service rate applies to:

• Black & White Laser Printers
• Color Laser Printers

• Color Inkjet Printers

The hourly rate covers technician labor while on-site. Parts, supplies, and materials required to properly complete the repair are additional.

Depending on the problem, the printer may need to be diagnosed before the required parts can be identified. When possible, Doctor Copy will discuss anticipated repair and parts costs before additional work is performed.

Carry-In Printer Service

Rate: $60.00 per hour

Carry-in service is available for:

• Black & White Laser Printers
• Color Laser Printers
• Inkjet Printers

One-hour minimum applies.

Please contact Doctor Copy before bringing in your printer so we can confirm service availability for your make and model.

Parts & Additional Charges

Parts required to properly service or repair your printer are not included in the hourly labor rate.

Parts pricing may vary depending on the printer’s manufacturer, model, availability, and whether the part must be specially ordered.

Additional charges may apply for special-order parts, materials, or services requiring additional time.

30-Day Repair Guarantee

All completed repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of repair, subject to the nature and scope of the repair performed.

The guarantee does not necessarily cover:

• New problems unrelated to the original repair
• Accidental damage or physical damage occurring after repair
• Customer misuse or improper operation
• Normal-wear or consumable items such as toner, ink, and drums
• Problems caused by subsequently installed parts or equipment

If you experience a problem related to the original repair during the guarantee period, please contact Doctor Copy promptly so the issue can be evaluated.
