Service outside the normal service area is billed at an additional agreed upon travel charge which is determined by your location. We do not service Boston proper. $135.00 /hr. for on-site service calls Black and White or Color Laser Printers. Parts needed to Service your printer properly are extra. Carry-in services $60.00 hr. Black and White or Color Laser, or Ink Jet Printers. One hour minimum All repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of repair.
